No, that’s not the title of the latest installment. I’m going to be taking a short break from Hazel and Holly here on the blog for a little while. Just until things with the new book release calm down a little. Not only is it difficult for me to keep up with the series right now, but I feel like the blog (and you, lovely reader) is getting inundated with updates. So I think it might be nice if Hazel and Holly went on a little vacation. We can imagine them going somewhere nice. Hazel would want to go someplace sensible, maybe Minnesota, while Holly would be opting for Vegas.
This is the first interruption in weekly posts since I started the series last September. And while it makes me a little sad to have this break in installments, I also think it’s pretty cool I managed eight solid months before doing so. So let’s wave good-bye to our lovely witches and wish them happy trails. They’ll be back here on the blog starting June 10th.
Until then, here’s a cute video of a guitarist enthralling a group of kittens.
There is nothing wrong with taking a break when you need to. I look forward to more of Hazel and Holly’s adventures in June. The kitties are cute. 🙂
Thank you for understanding. 🙂 And I love the kitties!
Very excited about the book release! It’s totally understandable that takes priority over the series, although I will be eager to hear what is coming up for the sisters. Until then ….
I seriously can’t wait to hear what you think about the book! I’ll miss sharing Hazel and Holly, but the break will be good. 🙂
SAra, I think a break is always a good thing. It recharges you and often gives you new ideas.
Not to mention that I might get a change at actually readiong it. I know I haven’t so far, but this is high on my TBR list. Be sure of it 🙂
Yeah, I was starting to feel kind of stretched thin, and that was starting to stress me out about the story–that I might write some crap just to get it done. So it feels good to take a step back, and I’m feeling more confident in moving forward with the story now.
Hehe! I also have an unwieldy TBR list. 😉 I’d love to hear what you think of the story if you do get around to it.
